Not at all! CrossFit is designed to be scalable for all fitness levels. Our coaches will modify every workout to match your current abilities and help you progress safely.

Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and comfortable workout clothes. We provide all equipment including shoes if needed. We recommend starting with our Foundations Course to learn proper techniques.
