By accessing and using the services provided by SkyforgePeak B.V. ("we," "our," or "us"), including our website at skyforgepeak.top and our CrossFit studio facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Services and Membership

SkyforgePeak provides fitness services including but not limited to CrossFit group classes, personal training, foundations courses, and access to our training facilities. All services are subject to availability and our current pricing structure.

Membership terms, including duration, fees, and cancellation policies, are specified in your membership agreement. Monthly memberships may be cancelled with appropriate notice as outlined in your membership contract. Annual memberships are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to modify our services, schedules, and pricing with reasonable notice to members. Changes to membership terms will be communicated in advance and will not affect existing membership periods unless agreed to by the member.

User Obligations

As a user of SkyforgePeak services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering
  • Follow all facility rules and safety guidelines
  • Respect other members, staff, and property
  • Use equipment properly and safely
  • Maintain appropriate hygiene and attire
  • Pay all fees and charges on time
  • Inform us of any health conditions that may affect your participation
  • Follow instructions from our certified trainers and staff

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in suspension or termination of your membership or access to our services.

Health and Safety

Participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks. By using our services, you acknowledge that you are physically capable of participating in the activities and assume responsibility for any risks involved.

You must inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect your ability to exercise safely. It is your responsibility to consult with healthcare professionals before beginning any fitness programme.

We provide guidance and instruction, but you are responsible for exercising within your limits and following safety protocols. Stop any activity immediately if you experience pain, discomfort, or feel unwell.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials provided by SkyforgePeak, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, workout programmes, and software, are the property of SkyforgePeak B.V. or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission. The SkyforgePeak name and logo are trademarks of SkyforgePeak B.V. and may not be used without permission.

You retain ownership of any content you provide to us, but grant us a licence to use such content for business purposes, including marketing and promotional activities, unless you specifically opt out.
